Strength training/cardio programs that are based on your fitness level, goals, and availability. You will learn how to exercise effectively, safely, and enjoyably, and see results in your physique, performance, and energy levels.

Supplement recommendations that will complement your diet and exercise regimen, and address any specific health concerns or deficiencies. You will learn how to choose and use supplements that are safe, effective, and beneficial for your wellness.
